I have suggested that we "have to tighten their belts", "borrow and spend less accepted" and "lower wages" In order to get out of recession. Actually quite sure the fire is guaranteed to deepen the recession and longer. When Such absurdities of our governments and politicians who have their own money system to understand but to come, one wonders what the game actually play it. Why? I finally explained in other articles and books in my spare time, as we live in an economy that does not run on the money. It is running on the debt.
It looks like money and governments and other criminal CALL activities is money, but there is no money in the strict sense no more than "Fool's Gold" is made of real gold, just because it's a bit like it looks and someone says it is. It is not. I have explained what is real money in my free book "The Real McCoy," the I invite you to a self-help, and why what we are currently using a fake, the worst results before as a means of exchange: Witness of the economic chaos in which we and our ancestors have been forced for the sole reason that some Spivs runs the biggest fraud in history is to live.
Our means of exchange is created by the banks out of nowhere and put into circulation, if the newly created pounds or U.S. dollars loan to you, me, businesses or agencies. Please read my other articles or my books for FREE to save me the statement repeated here. In this article we want to see what happens if we are "our belts" or drag "to accept lower wages," or do anything that borrowing. Now we know that "money" in our system is created through loans, Someone MUST take on a debt for money to exist.
Next question: How is it spread? How is it in the hands the consumer?
It distributes and gets into the hands of consumers through the payment of wages, Salaries, commissions and so on. The consumer then returns the money to buy goods industry. If the consumer does not spend the money to the industry buy the goods, the industry itself finds little money and his ability to wages and salaries paid narrowed.
In other words, employers less and less able to distribute money to consumers through the payment of wages and salaries. In other words, the deepening of the shortage of money in the economy. Money is still scarce and the recession, which deepened just a lack of money. And if we stop, bonds? If we borrow we stop narrow the amount of money created and injected into the economy. The money supply is shrinking. The recession will be deeper.
Interestingly, in a debt economy like ours, one thing that we (consumers, government, IT industry) to borrow to do. If we do not record, there is no money in circulation and thus no economy! But we are treated as if the current economic mess is our fault, because all of our irresponsible Borrowing. In other words, we are wrong to do something, we can not avoid, because some things manipulated pigs in this way without our knowledge or consent. Our means of exchange LOOKS like money and money is not quite behave like money. Measures to be useful if we had to do with real money, not as the borrowing, which try to "live within our means," our governments, the Balance their books and so on does not work, as we expect. Thus, when the banks announced that we were too much and borrowing on credit tightened, very few expected to ensure that the economic crash and throw it into recession. Even our seemingly logical endeavor to give our books and with the bond funds will simply deepen the recession.
The government is trying to rack more debt and debt and come out to spend their way out of recession, because that will do all that while he can continue with the stupid economy and the debt-money creation Bat in the hands of private for-profit companies. And THAT is committed to us even more problems in the future. Through an analogy, what will happen if you put into your car instead of fuel gasoline? The car is not running, right? It will die coughing and stuttering. No matter how often you call the fuel in your car petrol, will not change the fact that it is not gasoline. It is similar to gasoline but it is not gasoline. Until we start the right fuel in the economy will not run to the right, even if we find ourselves, as if by magic with a person at the helm, the knows how to ride a car!
While we continue to the mechanism to create the loan use, and injected into circulation, our means of exchange, debt continues to rise and rise MUST. If they do not do we have a recession and scarce money. There is no way around this. If we follow the right hand want to see, we'll have to ask this sooner or later. Preferably sooner. Why suffer more than we do?
